They are all the same people.
Remember the short guy that masked his feelings of inadequacy with boisterous shouting and lame jokes? Remember how he yearned for attention? Remember how he wasn't all that smart or athletically gifted? Well he's either a cop, a referee or an Assistant Principal now.
I guess i should add in the caveat that a few cops are probably in the profession to contribute something meaningful to society, so both of them should be commended.
But the Assistant Principals and the referees have no excuse.
You have to ask yourself' "why would anyone want to be a cop, a referee or an Assistant Principal?" The answer is pretty simple: These jokers have a chip on their shoulder. As a police officer, you command respect and get to carry a gun. As a referee you have the final say-so in all rules of the game and are charged with enforcing them. As an Assistant Principal, you are in charge of bossing kids around...you are basically paid to be a bully.
Thoughts?
